We've moved! Add us on Facebook, or follow our teacher's blog on Tumblr! See you this summer!

Bored at home? Looking for something truly different this summer? Tinta is proud to announce its 2009 Summer Art Adventures! Featuring six exciting classes to choose from -- Basic Drawing, Cartooning, Acrylic Painting, Watercolor Painting, Arts & Crafts, and Basic Photographic -- kids (and grownups too!) can expand their imaginations and experience the joy of art in and outside of the classroom.
Our Philosophy
• Our aim is to create awareness and interest in arts among the youth and develop a solid foundation of arts appreciation and creativity through summer workshops
THE VALUE OF ARTS TO THE YOUTH
• Arts provide the youth with many of their earliest learning experiences and shape the way they see the world as children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Arts provide the ability to understand human experiences, be able to solve problems and to communicate well.
• Arts develop creative and imaginative thinking.
• Arts provide the opportunity for self-expression and self-understanding.
• Arts develop aesthetic awareness and appreciation.
• Arts create understanding of the individuality and uniqueness of others.
• Arts help improve physical coordination and technical skills.
• Arts most importantly generate fun and joy.
